The majority of orders are DISPATCHED NEXT WORKING DAY after payment is received. Below are some of the reasons that an order may not be dispatched next working day:
  • If we query your order for some reason to ensure you have ordered the correct items.
  • If you pay via a Paypal E-Cheque which takes several days to clear.
  • If you have ordered an item that is out of stock/a pre-order.

    • You will be contacted on the email address from which you ordered within 24 hours in each of these cases, so please do check your emails as it enables us to be as efficient as possible.
