It has always been our policy at Myst Vearn Ink's to maintain a high level of respect towards our customers and though we like to keep things relatively simple, it has become necessary to create a Terms and Conditions to comply with legislation and add to our credibility.
Contact. Any complaints or enquiries should be addressed to mvinkshoppe@gmail.com. We do not offer a phone number or address for contact but based on circumstances we may be able to provide you with such information if the situation requires a more detailed discussion. We make it a strict commitment to respond to all emails we receive within 24 hours and feel that our efficiency in responding to enquiries is of a high standard. Customer enquiries is considered of great importance and we endeavour to offer the best service possible with no complications. It is important also to note that we are based in the Malaysia and are therefore acting upon the laws of this country. We offer service worldwide and ask that all customers accept the policies stated.
Data & Privacy. The only information we receive during the order process is your order details, name, email and postal address. This information is stored by us on a database that is used purely to carry out transactions efficiently. No payment information or card details are seen by us or stored by us. From time to time we may wish to contact you by email to inform you about special offers, if you would prefer not to hear from us, please specify at point of order, or simply reply to the email with the title "unsubscribe". There are no circumstances under which any of your personal information is passed onto third parties. We like to ensure a high level of security in order to deliver the safest service possible.
Delivery & Supply. We have a strong commitment to process orders promptly and we aim to always issue an email titled “Order Confirmation from LTC” verifying your order. You will always receive an order confirmation from Paypal, which can be used as your receipt for payment. All of our products advertised on our website are clearly marked when out of stock. This renders all garments available for immediate dispatch except for those labeled “out of stock”. It is a general rule that all Malaysia based orders will take approximately 2-3 working days to arrive. Orders placed outside of the Malaysia are estimated to take 3-4 working days within Asia, and 5-7 working days for the rest of the world. We are however not responsible for any delays in the postage of your order as we do rely on the service of the Poslaju and Pos Express Malaysia for deliveries. In the unlikely event of your order not arriving we are often able to track your order and locate it, though unless you specifically request recorded delivery, we are not responsible for missing items. We also wish to affirm that you as the customer are entirely responsible for the address you provide when placing your order. We will dispatch your order to the address provided in our payment received email and encourage you to verify your account or check the accuracy of your details. We pride ourselves greatly on our efficiently fast delivery and also encourage you to print and retain a copy of your transaction as we do not send receipts with our orders. Delivery costs are listed on the Postal Charge Section from which you are ordering.
Returns. We highly recommend checking the size guide before placing your order, but if for some reason you wish to cancel or return your order, you must contact us at mvinkshoppe@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange the return and exchange. We regret that we cannot accept any returns or exchanges that have passed this time. You, the consumer, have the responsibility to pay the postage cost to return the item to us. A postage charge is also required to dispatch your exchange item. Under the Distance Selling Regulations, the item being returned MUST be in the original condition in which you received it. Therefore you cannot have damaged, or worn the item other than to try it on, washed it, or sprayed it with any deodorants and/or perfume/cologne. If, on return, we do not consider the item to be in its original condition, then we reserve the right to return the item to yourself without continuing with the exchange.
Payment. We require payment before the dispatch of any order. This is usually done via PayPal which ensures complete safety and security. You are not required to become a member of PayPal to place and pay for an order, you can pay as a guest with a valid credit or debit card. Alternatively we do accept cheque or cash payments. When paying with a cheque we adapt the standard process of waiting 3-5 working days for the cheque to clear. Postal orders are usually accepted and this process is faster than paying by cheque. When sending money this is done at your own risk and for this we recommend recorded delivery to ensure that it does not go missing. If you do wish to pay buy by cheque, debit your payment, then we ask that you print out and fill an order form which is available by clicking here. We then ask that you send us an email stating clearly that you wish to use alternative payment and we will then provide you with an address.
Final Note. It is perhaps slightly patronising being forced to create such legislation in order to comply with laws. Mainly because it appears trivial to state what has been mutually understood between Myst Vearn Ink's and its customers since we began. We have always enjoyed our trusting and open relationship with our customers and insist that any concern you may have regarding security, privacy or complaints etc can be taken up with us by email. How do I place an order?
You can order all items through our online store at http://mvink.blogspot.com. The easiest and quickest way to pay for your order is via PayPal. You do not need to be a member of Paypal, all that is required is that you have a credit or debit card. Our website is designed to be as simple and easy to navigate as possible, all you need to do is browse through our online store, choose what you would like to purchase and add postage to the basket if you live outside of Malaysia. Currency conversions are covered by Paypal, and you will be able to review the cost in your chosen currency before checkout.

I don’t have a credit or debit card, can I still place an order?
Yes you certainly can! You can pay by 2 alternative methods: cheque and cash by debit your payment in selected bank. Cheque payments will take 3-5 working days to clear, when the cheque has gone through we will dispatch your order. Please ask for details of who to address the cheque to and we will provide you with the information as fast as possible. Cash is via debit your payment to selected bank that you are prefer,this is for Malaysian Customer only. When planning to send alternative payment you will need to print and fill in an order form which is available by clicking here. We then require you to email us (mvinkshoppe@gmail.com) stating what you wish to order so it can be reserved, and we will respond within 24 hours with an address to send your order form and payment.

My parents/guardians don’t like me ordering from the Internet, do you sell elsewhere, or is there a way I can prove it is safe to purchase here?
Some people are still skeptical of purchasing via the Internet, but we pride ourselves in providing genuine great service and efficient customer care. Payment through PayPal is entirely safe and secure and we do not see any card details when dealing with your order. Paypal takes care of this. This is the question we are most frequently asked, and unfortunately the answer is no. We have done this in the past and have decided it is too complicated. If we did endorse every band that asked, we would be a charity and not a clothing company! We wish you every success in your music making ambitions.

Who works for Myst Vearn Ink's?
The co-owners of the company are Md Hazly and Muhd Nazri. You can contact us through Myspace if you so wish. We are friendly, hard working and are very passionate about what we do.
Can I work or model for Myst Vearn Ink's?
This is another question we get asked a lot. We use the same designers for all of our gear and do not currently require any other work or samples being delivered to us, thank you anyway for your interest in us and good luck with what you do. Though if you do buy from us, we do love to see you all in our clothing so feel free to send us some pictures, a good way to do this is via our Myspace blog.
Please can I have some free stuff?
No! Please stop asking! We are a business, not a charity, if we could give our gear away for free then we would! We do offer an affordable service and like to give away as many freebies as we can without undermining the point of what we do! Nice try though.
